In-person participation
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of your registration, please pay attention to the following cancellation and refund conditions:
Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing (email).
- [Before December 11, 2025] Refund of your registration fees [to 100%]
- [From December 11, 2025 to January 11, 2026] Reimbursement of your registration fees [50%]
- [As of January 12, 2026] no refunds of your registration fees will be issued. In cases of force majeure, each case will be handled individually, and all refund requests must be accompanied by valid supporting documentation.
Our refunds are made by crediting the bank card used during registration.
Data protection
Personal data is treated in a strictly confidential manner. The data obtained is generally not transmitted to third parties and is used only for the organization of the Medical-Sports Symposium (including the provision on site of a list of participants to all speakers, partners and sponsors).
Participants agree, however, that Medicol may use this data for informational purposes related to other events and transmit it to sponsors for use in connection with the Medical-Sports Symposium.
Security
By registering, participants accept the provisions concerning the safety, access and conduct of the Medical-Sports Symposium and agree that in the event of non-compliance with these provisions, he or she may be excluded from the event.
Image rights authorization
Participants are informed that photographs, videos, and audio recordings will be taken and published after the event on the Medicol website, social media, in trade magazines, and/or other publications. By registering and accepting the terms and conditions, participants consent to the use and/or publication of these photographic, video, and/or audio recordings.
Insurance
Insurance for damage to persons and property is the responsibility of the participants.
