New doctor: Dr. Cédric Gubelmann

Dr. Cédric Gubelmann completed his studies at the University of Lausanne, where he earned his Swiss Federal Diploma in 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at EPFL. Driven by his interest in epidemiological research and physical activity, he joined the Department of Internal Medicine at the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) in 2015. During this time, he conducted extensive research for his MD-PhD. His research focuses on analyzing the mechanisms of physical activity on cardiovascular health in large population groups. To date, his research has resulted in over 15 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and has been recognized by the European Society of Cardiology and the University of Lausanne.
