New doctor: Dr. Sylvia Morgado Piçarra

Dr. Sylvia Morgado Piçarra studied medicine at the University of Lausanne, where she obtained her Swiss Federal Diploma in Medicine in 2012 and her Doctor of Medicine in 2016. Passionate about orthopedics, she joined the postgraduate training network in orthopedics and traumatology and completed her first three years of specialization at the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV). She was then appointed Assistant Clinical Director at the Morges Hospital, a position she held for two years. Returning to the CHUV for her final two years of specialization, Dr. Sylvia Morgado Piçarra obtained her FMH (Swiss Medical Association) specialist title in orthopedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system in 2021.
