This presentation explores in depth the biomechanics of the shoulder in swimmers, particularly during the propulsion and swing phases of the front crawl stroke. Open and closed kinetic chains are analyzed to better understand stress zones and injury risks. Emphasis is placed on scapular stabilization and specific exercises to prevent shoulder pain.
